PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES AGREEMENT

Ignite Photography, LLC

This Photography Services Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Ignite Photography, LLC ("Photographer") and the undersigned client ("Client") as of the date of signature below.

1. Deposit & Payment

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the session date. This deposit is:

• Refundable if the Client cancels at least one (1) week prior to the scheduled session.

• Non-refundable if the session is cancelled with less than 72 hours notice.

The remaining balance is due on the day of the session. If payment is not made in full on the day of the shoot:

• Final photos will not be delivered to the Client.

• Photographer retains full rights to use the images for marketing and promotional purposes.

2. Rescheduling Policy

Client may reschedule a session with at least 48 hours’ notice, and the deposit will be applied to the new session date.

If rescheduling occurs with less than 48 hours’ notice (and is not weather-related), the Photographer may require a new deposit to book a new session date.

If rescheduling is due to weather on the day of the session, the deposit will be carried over to the rescheduled date with no penalty.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made at least 72 hours to the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.

• Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance of shoot date/time will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

4. Delivery of Photos

• Small Sessions (including individuals, couples, and families) will be edited and delivered within 3 to 4 weeks. Final images will be provided via an online downloadable gallery link sent to the Client’s email.

• Large Sessions (such as parties and weddings) will be edited and delivered within 5 to 7 weeks. Final images will be mailed to the Client on a USB drive.

Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary slightly based on workload or unforeseen circumstances. The Photographer will notify the Client of any significant changes.

5. Copyright & Usage Rights

All images remain the sole intellectual property of Ignite Photography, LLC. The Photographer:

• Retains all copyrights to the images.

• Has full permission to use the images for portfolio, website, advertising, marketing, social media, and promotional purposes—regardless of whether final images are delivered to the Client.

Client receives a personal-use license, allowing them to download, print, and share the images for personal use only. Images may not be altered, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

6. Liability

The Photographer is not responsible for:

• Injuries sustained by the Client or any participants during the session.

• Damages, loss of images, or inability to perform services due to unforeseen events such as illness, emergencies, equipment failure, or acts of God.

In the rare event that the Photographer is unable to complete the session, a full refund or rescheduled session will be offered at the Client’s discretion.

7. Model Release

Client grants Ignite Photography, LLC the unrestricted right to use photographs from the session for marketing, promotional, and portfolio purposes. This includes—but is not limited to—use on the Photographer’s website, social media, printed materials, and advertising.

No financial compensation will be provided for the use of images.

8. Agreement & Understanding

By signing this agreement, the Client acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined above. This document represents the entire understanding between the Photographer and the Client and supersedes any prior agreements.
